We service front-load, top-load, combo, stacked, and stackable washing machines throughout the Lubbock area. We offer repair and maintenance services for all major brands.
Common Complaints We See
Washer not draining properly
Washer not spinning or completing cycle
Washer leaking water
Washer making noise during spin
Our Appliantists are trained to diagnose and repair all major washer brands commonly found in Lubbock homes. We provide professional washing machine repair in Lubbock, TX, frequently servicing units like LG front-load washers with drainage issues and Samsung top-load washers with balance problems. We are currently factory authorized for Samsung, LG, Speed Queen, and Hisense.
Many washing machine issues are caused by mineral buildup, sediment, or normal wear over time. In Lubbock, hard water and sediment can affect water valves and internal components, leading to problems with filling, draining, or overall performance. Identifying the correct cause is always key to a reliable repair.
Many homeowners ask whether it’s worth repairing a washing machine. In many cases, the answer is yes. If the unit is under 10–12 years old, washing machine repair is often more cost-effective than replacement—especially for common issues like drainage problems, spin cycle failures, or leaks.
Our team will always provide an honest recommendation based on the condition, age, and cost of repair, so you can make the best decision for your home.
We provide in-home washer repair throughout Lubbock and surrounding areas including Wolfforth, Levelland, Slaton, and nearby communities.
How We Work
We've got appliance repair down to a science! In fact, we have adopted the scientific method to help our Appliantists follow all the necessary steps to properly diagnose a machine.
Ask a Question
Every researcher starts at the very beginning. Our team is no different. We start every service with getting a clear picture of the problem you are experiencing. The How, What, When, Why, and Where are all questions which can help lead us to the failed system or component of your complex appliance.Research
Based on the answers you provide to our questions; we will begin by researching your machine. We stay up to date with manufacturers technical support. We are able to access a vast digital library of service bulletins, recalls, reworks, and known problems with most major brands. This important step is skipped by many other companies. They may still get to the end result of a successful repair, but we are able to gain vast knowledge that we pass onto you regarding important updates and changes to your appliance.Construct a Hypothesis
A hypothesis is a proposed explanation for an occurrence. It is a tentative statement that can be tested and potentially proven or disproven through further experimentation, or in our case diagnosing. Appliances tend to be too complex to be tested all at once; instead, our Appliantists will create a hypothesis to lead them to test specific components of the complicated system.Experiment
Perform experimental research to test our hypothesis. An experiment, in this case hands-on-diagnosing, involves manipulating an independent variable (component) and measuring the effect(s) on the dependent variable (appliance).Analyze the Data
Our team will inspect the gathered information and review our findings. Based on the outcomes, we may confirm the hypothesis and make an educated diagnosis of your machine. Should we find the hypothesis is not supported, our skilled Appliantist will formulate a new hypothesis, and develop a new experiment.Communicate Results
Once we have a confirmed diagnosis, you will be presented with the findings. We will walk you through what component has failed, necessary steps to repair, and a transparent estimate.

How soon can you come fix my appliance?
We make every attempt to schedule appointments within two business days and are often able to offer same or next day service. We allow enough time to complete the repairs at the initial appointment, but depending on part availability, follow-up appointments may be necessary. How does scheduling work?
We schedule appointments in two-hour arrival windows. Unfortunately, since we do not know what the call prior will entail, we are unable to narrow it down any further. However, we always provide a curtesy phone call or text when we are on the way to an appointment should you need to meet us there. How do I prepare for my appointment?
Please make sure the appliance is accessible, and there is space to work around the machine. We frequently have to work behind and under appliances. The appliance needs to be installed so that we can properly test the unit. We request that refrigerators be on for a minimum of 24 hours prior to our appointment. Avoid use of your oven near our appointment time so that the technician can access the unit at safe temperatures. Please have dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers empty and not in use. If you are experiencing an intermittent issue, such as an abnormal noise, it is helpful if you can obtain a video of the problem to provide to the technician.
