Our service fees are the diagnostic charge, or trip fee, for us to come look at an appliance. Once we have a confirmed diagnosis, you will be provided with the total cost to repair including if any additional parts and/or labor are needed. We calculate the total repair cost as a flat rate, using the Appliance Blue Book. The service fee does apply towards the total repair cost.

Below is a breakdown of which appliance brands are classified as standard and premium, thereby subjecting them to the corresponding service fee. If you do not see your brand on the list, contact us! We are always expanding our knowledge and updating our serviced brands!

Advertised fees may vary due to accessibility and atypical installations. Should we find that additional labor is needed to diagnose your unit, you will be provided with the associated costs upfront.
